Terms and conditions

  1. The following terms and conditions apply to the FLEXFLIX service (the “Service”) and by subscribing to the Service you will be deemed to have read, understood,and accepted the same: – 
    1. Service 

    This Service enables the users to have easy access to and control over the local and international  educational content they like from the convenience of their mobile phones. 

    1. Eligibility 

    This Service is open to all Telkom PrePay, PostPay and Hybrid subscribers. 

    1. Launch of Service 

    The Service will run from 0000hrs on 1st December 2025 (“Service Launch Date”). 

    1. How to Access the Service 

    (a) You will be able to subscribe to local and international educational content by sending the  message FFX to the short number XXXXX. 

    (b) You will be able to subscribe to local and international educational content by accessing the URL:  http:// ke.telkom.flexflix.club from your Android or iOS mobile device.  

    (c) Once you download and subscribe, you can stream educational content on the Service at the prices set out below. 

    1. How to unsubscribe the Service 
    2. a) You will be able to unsubscribe to the weekly Service by sending the message ADSTOP to the  short number XXXXX. 
    3. b) You will be able to unsubscribe to the monthly Service by sending the message AMSTOP to the  short number XXXXX. 
    4. Price and Validity of Content:

    (b) Your subscription will be automatically renewable upon payment of the respective price once the period is expired.

    1. Other Terms:  

    (a) You will not be able to subscribe to more than one FLEXFLIX subscription at a time. Should you wish to  change your subscription, you will first need to unsubscribe from your current one. 

    (b) Customers will have 3 days FREE trial service period upon subscribing to the service. 

    1. Extension of Terms 

    (a) Save as modified above, these Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and subject to the published Telkom PrePay and PostPay Service Terms and Conditions, Telkom PrePay and PostPay Data Bundles Terms and Conditions and terms of use for any other Telkom service that you may be enjoying. 

    (b) Telkom reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw from the Service  at any time. In any of these events, notice will be given via media advertisements (including at Telkom’s discretion on the Telkom website www.telkom.co.ke) and will be effective immediately or  as at the date referred in such notifications.
